CLASS DETAILS: In this 2-hour, one-time pottery class, you’ll get hands-on experience learning the basics of wheel throwing, including centering clay, pulling walls, and shaping a functional piece. The class begins with a short demonstration from the instructor, followed by guided studio time to create your own work.
At the end of class, you’ll choose a glaze finish for your piece. All of our clays and glazes are food- and dishwasher-safe. Most students create functional pieces such as cups or bowls during their first session.
