Art Pick Up

Once you receive a confirmation email, please schedule a pickup using the Book Now link. If you are collecting work on behalf of others in the same class, wait until each person has received their confirmation email, as pieces may not be ready at the same time.

As a small team, we require appointments to ensure a staff member is available to assist you in locating your work.

TIMELINE OF FIRING: 4–6 weeks

Week 1: Your piece is set aside to dry slowly. Drying too quickly can trap moisture, which may cause cracking during firing. To prevent this, we allow about one week for even drying.

Week 2: Your piece is marked and placed in the kiln for a 48-hour bisque firing. After cooling, a lab technician carefully unloads the kiln.

Week 3: Your piece is glazed and fired again, with a total firing and cooling time of approximately 28 hours.

Week 4: Your piece is packaged and ready for pickup.
